Orders from customers of our neighbouring countries can arrange to have their orders collected from our factory.
Local orders take 2-3 business days to be delivered to you depending on your location in South Africa and we usually ship within 5-7 business days. This lead time does vary depending on the current workload in the factory as well as the size of the order.

Orders over R400.00 will have free shipping to your door via courier.
Orders under R400.00 will be charged for shipping depending on your location in South Africa. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

We accept secure payments online for customers via a trusted South African Company Payfast. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Online EFT and Mobicredit
We also accept offline payments via direct EFT into our FNB Bank account. Just select this payment method at checkout and you will receive an email with the necessary banking details for the EFT. Please use the order number starting with GC as reference when making an EFT payment. We will only begin to process your order once the funds reflect in our bank account. It is advisable to email us proof of payment once effected to firstname.lastname@example.org to speed up the process.
Before your logo can be embroidered, our digitizer must redraw the logo in order for the embroidery machine to understand where to go, what stitch to do and what colour must be selected. This process of redrawing the logo is called "digitizing" and we use an embroidery proprietary software called Wilcom to do this. After we have digitized your logo we keep the logo on file and you are not charged this fee again.
We accept any format of your logo Jpeg, Png, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw or PDF. What is key is just the quality of the content in the file. Due to the fact that we redraw the artwork, if your artwork has an incorrect colour or is distorted, this will be present in the final artwork.
Depending on the design of the cap, the maximum size of the embroidery will vary. Typically most caps we work on a maximum of 55mm high and 110mm wide, which ever size we max out at first. Embroidery on peaks, bucket hats, beanies and Fidel caps are smaller due to available space. We have indicated on each product what is the size of embroidery.
Due to the fact that we are an online store, we do not facilitate walk-ins. However if there is something you would like to see, please contact us via email or phone call and make an appointment prior to arrival. Please note that we require 2-3 days to get the appropriate stock to our factory for viewing.
You are more than welcome to place and pay for a sample order. We do not do free sample orders. If your sample order includes your logo, the digitizing fee will be applicable for payment on the sample order, but this fee will not be charged on the bulk order or any orders using this artwork going forward.
Due to the online nature of our business we only embroider caps that are purchased through our website. Should you have your own caps and want them embroidered, contact our sister company via email at email@example.com
You are able to come and collect your order in person, however this needs to be pre arranged prior to you making your order. Once you order is complete, one of our team will call you to make an appointment for collection.
Yes, we can embroider on the front of the cap, either side of the cap as well as the back. Please note that there are size restrictions on the sides and back and as a result could limit the complexity of the artwork we can embroider there. We recommend sending us an email with the artwork, style of cap and details around size and position of respective logo;s to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ring you with advise as to how to proceed.
