Shipping Policy

All GetCapped orders are shipped through an online portal called uAfrica, whereby we call for rates from The Courier Guy, Courier it and Dawn Wing Couriers.
The reason for this is that each courier company has their strengths and weaknesses and we choose the courier that will deliver the best, reliable service to your area where you require the parcel to go to.
Orders are shipped from our factory within 1 day from when your order is completed.
Please note that whilst we guarantee a high-quality standard of delivery time, unforeseen circumstances can arise and therefore the delivery dates are not always definite.
We are currently running at around 5 working days to complete the order, thereafter all orders are shipped economy, which means please add about 2 days thereafter until it arrives at your destination.
A tracking reference number will be emailed to you and you are able to track the progress of your delivery via our website, or you can click on the link in the mail to go through to the respective service provider.
If you have selected local pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection so as to not waste your time and an unnecessary trip. Please do not arrive unannounced at the factory as this could lead to disappointment in your order not being complete. We are in essence still an online store and would prefer to send your caps to you via courier in order to ensure the safety of your health and that of our staff during these challenging times.
