All the caps that we offer are of the highest quality. Currently there are three options available.

Firstly, You can order just the cap if that is what you you would like.

Secondly, You can order caps which will have your name or any text that you require embroidered on them. The fonts that are available are seen when you click on the green personalise button. You just type in the text that you require and select the font that you desire. You will then select the cotton colour for the embroidery. All the time you will see a live illustration of what to expect from the final product. As this is an illustration and we can not get all of the positions of the embroidery as accurate as we wish at the moment, all embroidery will be centred in the middle of the face of the cap.

Questions we get asked:

Can we specify the position of the embroidery? Yes you can, if you want the embroidery just on the left or the right panel of the cap this is possible, please contact us to specify, or you can specify when placing the order. Please note that when specifying, our left or right is determined as you wear the cap and not as you look at the cap.

Can we have a name embroidered on the side of the cap or the back of the cap? Yes you can do this as well by special request, just contact us to discuss.

Can we have our lettering over two lines on the front of the cap? This is also possible, we have limited the amount of characters that one can use on the front of the cap due to the available space being limited to a certain width and with too many characters, the embroidery becomes too small and in tern illegible, resulting in a poorly supplied product. If you want to split the lettering, please just contact us and we will offer the best solution to give you the best result.

Lastly we offer the ability to have your brand or logo embroidered on the front of the cap. This process starts off by you selecting "add logo" and uploading your brand or logo file. A png or jpeg file is acceptable as long as it is of sufficient quality that we can see the detail in the image at a reasonable resolution. There is an additional charge for this which is R180 which is the cost for us to have the image redrawn in the digitising propriety software which produces a file that instructs the embroidery machine where to place the stitches, in which order and which colour to use. Your artwork is kept on file and this fee is not applicable in the future when we use it again for repeat orders. Please note that not all artwork is 100% suitable for embroidery as the process does not allow for things like fine details, half tones in the artwork or shading. Things like drop shadows also do somethings cause a problem, however on inspection of your artwork we will contact you to discuss options should we have reservations. Another consideration is not to have too highly details artwork in the logo as the dimensions of available space to embroider in is 130mm wide and 56mm high.

Questions we get asked?

Can I specify the position of the logo? Yes you can, our default position is in the centre of the cap, but you can instruct us as to where to position the logo. We can also embroider on the sides of the cap and on the rare occasion and depending on the construction of the cap, the back of the cap. Normally we would only put logo's on the front and sides of the cap and names on the back of the cap, or logo on the front and text on the sides.

Can I put multiple logo's on a cap? Yes you can, each logo is subject to the standard digitising fee. There may be additional charges with regard to the additional embroidery required. We have priced each cap to include a reasonable amount of embroidery, however if we feel that your requirement is outside this provision we reserve the right to price you for these additional requirements.

I have a digitised file, can you use it? Yes we can, however we only accept EMB files which is a Wilcom file and we require the Marathon cotton colour codes and a copy of the artwork plot sheet. We do not however accept any responsibility on the quality produced from the file due to the fact that Digitisers have different skills and this impacts the results. If the file provided causes many cotton breaks, breaks needles or could result in damage to the machine, we reserve the right to have the logo digitised by our team and the cost thereof will be for the clients account. 

How to I place a repeat order? You can place the caps that you require into your basket and check out. You can email is instruction as to that artwork to use that you have previously done and we will process the order accordingly. If you have an image of a previously executed order this can accompany the instruction.
